As a Kettlebell Academy affiliate our training team boast a number of Kettlebell Trainer Specialists. Our KB Cross Training class is a lot of fun. A hybrid class built around the dynamic and athletic movement of Kettlebell sport, you’ll challenge your core, strength, mobility conditioning and focus to great music and with a phenomenal group of people.
